Our work is informed by years in film and stage production—where lighting is used deliberately to shape mood, focus, and narrative—and by a career spent designing, securing, and coordinating complex IT and control systems at enterprise scale.

A Thoughtful Path Into Residential Design
Microangelo grew out of long-standing creative work in entertainment environments and a professional life spent leading large, technically demanding projects.
As colleagues, friends, and communities began rebuilding and reimagining their homes, we were increasingly asked to bring that same rigor—creative clarity paired with disciplined execution—into private residences.
Residential lighting design is its own craft, and we approach it with respect. We work closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, and manufacturers, drawing on best practices, proven platforms, and collaborative expertise to ensure each project is appropriate, durable, and well-executed.
Today, our focus is on custom homes in Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, Brentwood, and Beverly Hills, where expectations are high and details matter.
